Karl began his policing career in January 1988 with the Victorian Police and has continuously served as a TPAV Board member since March 2006. Karl has served as TPAV’s Senior Vice President since October 2014. His staunch advocacy to fight for the rights and entitlements of all members and to continuously improve their working lives has been a defining trademark during his time on the Board.
Over this time Karl has also serviced as a delegate to PFA Federal Council.
Karl became the 47th President in TPAV’s 104-year history in October 2021. He currently holds the rank of Sergeant.
